Palestinians Trained in Historic and Cultural Preservation
Ambassadors Fund, PACE partner to protect Palestinian heritage in West Bank
In 1996, a group of Palestinians dedicated to preserving their cultural heritage banded together to form the Palestinian Association for Cultural Exchange (PACE). Over the years, PACE has earned a well-respected reputation by working with international organizations on more than 20 projects that highlight Palestineā™s heritage.
For its latest project, PACE has partnered with the U.S. Department of Stateā™s Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation to preserve and protect cultural antiquities in three West Bank villages: Aboud, Al-Jib and Beitin.
