Pursuant to Section 4.2 “The General Membership” and Section 4.3 “The Board of Governors” of the Constitution of AAJLJ the annual meeting of General Membership and meetings of the Board for the year of 2011 are scheduled as following:

April 29, 2011 at 10 am - Washington, D.C. Board of Governors meeting. April 29, 2011 at noon - Washington, D.C. Annual meeting of the General Membership. Written notice of the time and place of the annual meeting and of its agenda will be given to members at least 20 days but no more than 50 days in advance of the General Membership meeting. April 22, 2011 at 10 am - Teleconference call for Executive Committee meeting.

September 23, 2011 at 10 am - New York, NY Board of Governors meeting. September 16, 2011 at 10 am - Teleconference call for Executive Committee meeting.

November, 2011 at the 2011 Pursuit of Justice event, Washington, D.C. Board of Governors meeting (date to be announced) November 2011 - Teleconference call for Executive Committee meeting (date and time to be announced and will be held one week before the Board meeting)
